208 Chapter 22 Troubleshooting
22.7.1.1.2 Enable pop-up Blockers with Exceptions
Alternatively, if you only want to allow pop-up windows from your device, see the following
steps.
1 In Internet Explorer, select To ols, Internet Options and then the Privacy tab.
2 Select Settings…to open the Pop-up Blocker Settings screen.

3 Type the IP address of your device (the web page that you do not want to have blocked)
with the prefix “http://”. For example, http://192.168.1.1.
4 Click Add to move the IP address to the list of Allowed sites.
Note: If you change the IP address of your device, make sure that the new address
matches the address you type in the Pop-up Blocker Settings screen.
